Truboule shooting (Only for paper folding machine of company )

One. Paper feed is discontinuous 
cause:
1.The clearence is too small between the location plate and paper.2.The pressure of friction is too large.3.Feed roller was worn.4.The drive system had problem.

solution
1.Adjust clearence between the location plate and paer. 2.Adjust pressure of friction. 3.Replace feed roller. 4.Check the belt of feed system.

Two. Feed paper more than one
cause:
1.The friction block is worn or pressure is small.

solution
1.Replace splid block or adjust pressure.

Three. Paper folding was corrugated
cause:
1.Paper guide plate isn't perpendicular to folding roller. 2.Distance of two paper giude plate is small. 3.Friction drag of single direction beering is more. 

solution
1.Adjust the paper guide plate,make it perpendicular to folding roller. 2.Belt of collection table was worn. 3.Replace single direction beering.

Four. Collection paper,back paper insert frontal paper. 

cause:
1.The distance between holddown roller and ejector roller is inapposite. 2.Belt of collection table is worn. 3.Belt is flabby.

solution
1.Adjust distanse between holddown roller and ejector roller. 2.Replace belt of collection table. 3.Adjust belt of collection.

Five. Folding machine out of work

cause:
1.Power is out. 2.Speed control knob in zero posstion. 3.counter need 0 reset 4.PC board or motor is bad.

solution
1.Check wire connect has problem. 2.Adjust speek knob. 3.counter 0 reset. 4.Replace PC board or motor.
